I spent much of my life trapped in a body that not only negatively impacted my health, but one that made it hard to lead an active lifestyle.
I started my first diet at 8 years old.
You name it, I probably tried every "solution" out there before I had gastric bypass in 2002. I reached "rightsize" in six months, but it wasn't long before I began to put weight back on...just a little at first, then a lot!
I struggled with regain for over a decade.
I felt like a failure for a long time. I finally realized surgery had a given me a powerful tool that still worked, but it was up to me to change my thinking, behavior and environment to enjoy the rightsize lifestyle. I just hadn't been taught how.
I Released ALL of My Regain in 2017 & I've Kept it Off.
