Here's What People Are Experiencing...

Marie in Texas says…

“The Bitesize Changes program has been a turning point for me since my WLS surgery three and a half years ago. I lost my way and had some regain. Joining the Bitesize Changes community has brought me new and exciting information and support from other WLS patients. Much needed support as I had moved away from my doctor and support group in Southern California. Thankfully, I made the decision to join Shelly's Bitesize Changes and I feel my confidence coming back. I look forward to the support I receive thru this community, it has been a blessing!”

Noemi in Switzerland says…

“More than 10 years after my WLS, I finally found Shelly and this incredible group of people with whom I can share my journey, support and be supported. The Bitesize Changes Community is an incredible support in the fight against regain!”

Cris in California says…

“Shelly Southall is the best thing that happened to me this past year. In such a chaotic and scary time she came into my life as a calming influence who is always positive and brings out the positive in those whom she counsels. I have been a member of her Bitesize Changes Community for almost a year and have made some of the best friends of my life.  She has a wonderful way of getting us to be there for each other and I am most grateful.”

Susan in California says…

“Finally, someone who gets it! Shelly is with me every step of the way in this journey delivering just the right amount of knowledge, substance, motivation and compassion. It’s such a relief to know I’m not in this alone.”

About the Community Host:

Shelly Southall, Rightsize Living Expert
(21 Years RNY Post-op)

I understand the mind games, the food addiction, the emotional eating, the ridicule, the discrimination, and the feelings of shame, self-doubt and unworthiness that often accompany being trapped in the prison of obesity. Not because I read about it or formally studied it, but because I experienced it all firsthand.

I Was 8 When I Was Put on My First Diet

You name it, I’ve probably tried it: doctor-directed diets, summer “fat camps,” nutritionists, shrinks, hospital programs, commercial diet programs, fad diets, liquid diets, pills, starvation, exercising into oblivion and more.

Weight Loss Surgery in 2002 Helped

Weight loss surgery fixed my body, but it didn’t fix my thinking. I lost 101 pounds in six months. Less than 90 days later I was battling regain … just a little at first, until ...

Eventually, I Regained Half of What I'd Lost

I battled post-surgery regain for over a decade. Surgery was life-changing; it helped me keep off a lot of the weight. But, it was only half of the equation. It was up to me to figure out how to change my thinking, behavior and environment.

I Figured Out How to Get & Stay in Control

I lost the regain in 2017 and have kept it off. Today I'm totally in control of my weight. It wasn’t a magic pill or the latest fad diet that got me here. I figured out how to slowly transform my life by changing my mindset and transforming one habit at a time.

My Mission is to Share That Solution with You

I'm like you. I've battled obesity in the trenches. I want everyone who has ever chased rightsize living to achieve that dream. You deserve to live life on your terms! I’m here to help you by teaching you the process and mindset that will get you back on track.
