About the Presenter:
Shelly Southall, Rightsize Living Expert

I spent much of my life trapped in a body that not only negatively impacted my health, but one that made it hard to lead an active lifestyle.
I began my journey to rightsize at 8 years old.
You name it, I've probably tried every "solution" out there before I had gastric bypass in 2002. I reached "rightsize" in six months, but it wasn't long before I began to put weight back on...just a little at first, then a lot.
I struggled with post-surgery regain for over a decade.
I felt like a failure for a long time. I finally realized surgery had a given me a powerful tool that still worked, but it was up to me to change my thinking, behavior and environment to enjoy the rightsize lifestyle. I just hadn't been taught how.
I Got Back on Track in 2017 When I Figured Out How to Make Healthy Choices SO Much Easier.
It wasn’t a magic potion or the latest fad that got me here. I figured out how to achieve rightsize living by changing my mindset and then slowly transforming one habit at a time.
My Mission is to Share What I Learned.
I want to be clear that I'm not a licensed medical professional, nutritionist or counselor. Who I am is someone who has battled obesity in the trenches. I want everyone who has ever chased rightsize living to achieve that dream. You deserve to live life on your terms! I’d love to help by teaching you the mindset shifts that helped me get back on track. (Note that individual results vary.)
